How to Do a L-Sit Pull-Up

  1. Start by hanging from a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you and your hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs up so that your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  3. Hold this L-sit position as you perform a pull-up, pulling your body up towards the bar until your chin is above the bar.
  4. Lower your body back down to the starting position and release the L-sit hold.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

It's important to maintain proper form when performing L-sit pull-ups to avoid injury. Keep your shoulders down and back, engage your core, and lift your legs up to parallel with the ground before performing the pull-up. As you pull your body up towards the bar, focus on keeping your elbows close to your body and pulling with your back muscles.
